\nOur apprentices have successfully passed their apprenticeships \u2013 we are extremely proud and so happy for them!<\/strong><\/p>\n

During their apprenticeship at Gutenberg AG, they not only learned about toner and printing plates, but also what true teamwork, personal responsibility and curiosity mean in everyday professional life. They developed further, mastered challenges and left their mark on our company.<\/p>\n

How they are doing now, what's next after completing their apprenticeship and what actually excites them about their profession? That's what we asked them \u2013 and got honest answers.<\/p>\n

How does it feel to have completed your apprenticeship?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nina K.:<\/em> \u00abIt feels relieving and simply good \u2013 a real relief to have reached this milestone.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Nina O.:<\/em> \u00abI'm so happy that I made it despite the hurdles and difficulties. No one can take that feeling away from me and I'm proud of myself.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Vivian:<\/em> (smiles) \u00abRelieving.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Ren\u00e9e: <\/em>\u00abIt's a good feeling to have achieved something and to know that a new chapter is beginning. I look back on an intense time \u2013 and at the same time, I look forward with anticipation and curiosity.\u00bb<\/p>\n

What's next? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Nina K.:<\/em> \u00abI will continue working at Gutenberg AG and will be moving internally from reception to sales. I'm looking forward to the new challenge!\u00bb<\/p>\n

Nina O.:<\/em> \u00abI'm starting BM2 full-time and will then study Digital Business Management. My goal is to take over my parents' family business.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Vivian:<\/em> \u00abI'm staying at Gutenberg AG until the end of the year. This way, I was able to avoid the stress of applying during my final phase and now have time to gain some professional experience and consider my future direction.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Ren\u00e9e:<\/em> \u00abIn August, a new exciting adventure begins for me \u2013 with a backpack and a one-way ticket, I'll be traveling across Asia for an undetermined time. I'm leaving my future open as to what comes next \u2013 I just want to enjoy the trip first!\u00bb<\/p>\n

Actually, what fascinates you about your job?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nina K.: <\/em>\u00abWhat fascinates me most is the direct customer contact \u2013 whether in person or on the phone. For me, it's exciting that I can follow orders from start to finish. This gives me the perfect overview at reception: from the first conversation to the finished product. And the best thing is when satisfied customers stand in front of me at the end.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Nina O.:<\/em> \u00abHow adaptable you are as a polygrapher. We think in a networked way and solve problems without guidance. The profession is incredibly flexible.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Vivian: <\/em>\u00abThe flexibility \u2013 and the teamwork.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Ren\u00e9e: <\/em>\u00abEveryday is different! As a mediamatician, I get insights into a wide variety of fields \u2013 that's exactly what I like about it. In addition, many doors will be open after graduation.\u00bb<\/p>\n

A chapter comes to an end \u2013 and a new one begins<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As a apprenticeship company<\/a> , we are proud to have accompanied them on this journey \u2013 with all its challenges, learning moments, and successes. The exchange with our apprentices has also inspired us, opened up new perspectives, and enriched our daily professional lives.<\/p>\n

But completing an apprenticeship is not the end of the line \u2013 it's a stepping stone. Some of our graduates stay with us, others go on to further education, study or adventure. As different as their next steps may be, one thing is certain: they start their professional future well prepared and with a solid foundation.<\/p>\n
